R&D Crew
Formed with more than 60 professional engineers, our R&D crew keep on generating great ideas for our customers. Inovation, evaluation, and improvement is the core spirit of our R&D crew. Our engineers not only involve designing the product, but also monitoring the production procedure. Making sure every step is on the right track.
Tooling Workshop
Owning 4 CNC machine and more than 50 professional engineers and skillful workers
Our tooling workshop is able to accomplish 120 sets of moulds. To our client, this is unquestionable an advantage to buy time and win the market effeciently.
Quality control crew
By following the protocol of ISO9001:2005 system, we excercise strict quality control over the production period.
Ever since the raw material come into our inventory, our QC department will check the material quality before it goes on production line. We have specilized QC person to check the quality of semiproduct before it goes to the next step.
Spray Painting and Pad-print Workshop
Danli had have invested huge amount to build the painting system obey the government’s safety standard protocol. By getting full authorisation from environmental department, Danli not only ensure the safety of our spray painting workers, but also increased the effeciency and quality of our products.
Equipped with 100 automatic spray painting machine and 10 production lines and more than 150 multi-color pad-printing machines, it really enhanced our ability of the decorating procedure especially for printing multi-colors on register.
Chemical Laboratory
Here at Danli we take environment protection seriously. To ensure our product is strictly follow the goverment's safety standard, we build up our own chemical laboratory in June 2019. Equiped with ICP-2060T and GC-MS6800 machine, our lab can do the test for Phthalates content, RoHS 2.0, Azo Dye just like SGS lab.
Physical Laboratory
Physical testing according to ASTM-F963, EN71, GB6675 is a must for our toys. To ensure the safety standard of our products, our engineer will do all testing before mass productoin.
Sewing Workshop
Equipped with 100 sewing machines, cutting machines and metal detecter. Our sewing workshop intend to make high quality and safe plush item for our customers.
Assembly and Packing Workshop
Our assembly workshop has 20 systematic production lines, each line with 60 work stations. and there is clear instruction sheet for each worker, making sure everyone understand his duty.
Packing is the last step of production, our QC team also monitoring the packing line, to do the final check of quality and make sure no defective product being packed.
Warehouse
Our warehouse included 3 parts; 1. Material warehouse; 2. Semi-product warehouse; 3. Finished-product warehouse; there are more than 10,000 square meter in total. We have systematic inventory record for every thing that get in or move out from the warehouse. The stock-keepers will minitor the space and environment, make sure the finished-product ready for loading easily.
